كيف أبدأ لعبة؟
افتح التطبيق واضغط زر اللعب الكبير على بطاقة البلوت، أو اضغط على البلوت ثم «العب الحين». تجلس على طاولة معك ثلاثة لاعبين من الكمبيوتر، ويبدأ التوزيع على طول.
كيف ألعب مع ربعي؟
اضغط على البلوت ثم «طاولة خاصة». يطلع لك كود من خمس خانات؛ اضغط «ارسل الكود» ويفتح لك الواتساب برسالة دعوة. ربعك يضغطون «ادخل بكود» فوق، ويكتبون الكود، ويضغطون «دخول». لما تكون جاهز اضغط «ابدأ اللعب»، والكراسي الفاضية يجلس عليها الكمبيوتر.
كيف أعرف إن اللاعب كمبيوتر؟
تحت بطاقته علامة «كمبيوتر». وإذا شخص انقطع اتصاله أو خلص وقت دوره، تطلع تحت اسمه «الكمبيوتر يلعب الحين» لين يرجع، وإذا طلع من الطاولة يصير كرسيه للكمبيوتر.
وش يصير إذا انقطع النت أو طلعت؟
يكمّل عنك الكمبيوتر عشان اللعب ما يوقف. وإذا خلص وقت دورك (٢٥ ثانية) يلعب عنك لين تلعب أنت.
كيف أسولف على الطاولة؟
اضغط زر الدردشة واختر عبارة جاهزة، أو زر الملصقات واختر ملصق. ما فيه كتابة حرة. أول مرة نطلب منك تأكد إن عمرك ١٨ أو أكثر.
كيف أبلّغ عن لاعب أو أحظره أو أكتمه؟
اضغط على بطاقة اللاعب في الطاولة واختر «بلاغ» أو «حظر» أو «كتم». الحظر والكتم يخفون عباراته وملصقاته وهداياه عنك على طول، والبلاغ يوصلنا ونراجعه خلال ٢٤ ساعة. تفك الحظر من الإعدادات ← اللاعبين المحظورين.
وتقدر تبلّغ من النموذج تحت: اكتب كود الطاولة ووقت اللعب.
كيف أغيّر اسمي؟
اضغط على اسمك فوق (أو الإعدادات ← اسمك) واختر من قائمة الأسماء الجاهزة.
وين المتجر؟
اضغط على عملاتك فوق. فيه أربع أقسام: العملات، والعروض، وVIP، ومظهرك (ظهر الورق والإطارات ومفارش الطاولة).
وش مكافأة اليوم؟
عملات ببلاش مرة كل يوم، تتجدد الساعة ١٢ بالليل بتوقيت الرياض. تبدأ بـ٢٠٠ عملة وتزيد ٥٠ كل يوم ورا بعض لين ٥٠٠، وإذا فوّت يوم ترجع من أول. ومع VIP تاخذ ٣٠٠ عملة زيادة، وكل مستوى عندك يزيدك ٢٥ عملة.
وش المستويات ولوحة أكثر المهدين؟
مستواك يرتفع مع مجموع مشترياتك داخل اللعبة (من مستوى ١ لين ٦)، ويبيّن كشارة على بطاقتك، وكل مستوى يزيد مكافأة اليوم ٢٥ عملة. ولوحة «أكثر المهدين هالأسبوع» ترتّب أول ٢٠ لاعب حسب العملات اللي أهدوها، وتبدأ من جديد كل يوم أحد بتوقيت الرياض. المبالغ ما تبيّن لأحد.
كيف أرسل هدية؟
اضغط زر الهدية في الطاولة، واختر الهدية واللاعب. سعرها ينخصم من عملاتك، واللي توصله ما ياخذ عملات ولا أغراض، بس الطاولة كلها تشوف الهدية.
اشتريت وما وصلني شي، أو غيّرت جوالي
اضغط «استرجاع المشتريات» في المتجر أو في الإعدادات. وعشان مشترياتك تنتقل معك لجوال جديد، اربط حسابك مع Apple من الإعدادات. واسترجاع الفلوس يكون من Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
كيف ألغي VIP؟
من إعدادات الآيفون ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← الشايب، أو من «إدارة الاشتراك» في إعدادات التطبيق.
أقدر أحوّل العملات لفلوس أو لصديق؟
لا. العملات للزينة والهدايا داخل الشايب بس، وما لها قيمة مالية، وما تنتقل لأحد.
كيف أغيّر اللغة؟
من الإعدادات ← اللغة: العربية أو English.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟
من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق. ينحذف حسابك وبياناتك من سيرفرنا، والتفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية. الحذف ما يلغي اشتراك VIP، ألغه من إعدادات Apple ID.
ليش لازم يكون عمري ١٨ وفوق؟
لأنك تقدر تلعب وتسولف مع ناس ما تعرفهم، فالشايب للكبار بس.

Questions and answers
How do I start a game?
Open the app and tap the big play button on the Baloot tile, or tap Baloot, then “Play now”. You sit at a table with three computer players and the deal starts at once.
How do I play with friends?
Tap Baloot, then “Private table”. You get a five-character code; tap “Send the code” to open WhatsApp with an invitation. Your friends tap “Join with code” at the top, type the code and tap “Join”. When you're ready, tap “Start”; the computer takes the empty seats.
How can I tell a player is the computer?
Their card carries a “Computer” badge. If a person loses their connection or runs out of time, “Computer playing for now” shows under their name until they come back; if they leave the table, their seat becomes a computer seat.
What happens if my connection drops or I leave?
The computer covers your seat so the game carries on. If your turn's time runs out (25 seconds), it plays for you until you play again.
How do I talk at the table?
Tap the chat button and pick a ready-made phrase, or the sticker button and pick a sticker. There is no free text. The first time, we ask you to confirm you are 18 or over.
How do I report, block or mute a player?
Tap the player's card at the table and choose “Report”, “Block” or “Mute”. Blocking and muting hide their phrases, stickers and gifts from you at once; a report reaches us and we review it within 24 hours. You can unblock players in Settings → Blocked players.
You can also report through the form below: include the table code and when you played.
How do I change my name?
Tap your name at the top (or Settings → Your name) and pick one from the ready-made list.
Where is the shop?
Tap your coins at the top. It has four tabs: Coins, Offers, VIP and Your look (card backs, frames and table runners).
What is today's reward?
Free coins once a day, renewed at midnight Riyadh time. It starts at 200 coins and grows by 50 for each day in a row, up to 500; miss a day and it starts again. VIP adds 300 more coins, and each level you have adds 25.
What are levels and the top gifters board?
Your level rises with your total in-app purchases (levels 1 to 6) and shows as a badge on your player card; each level adds 25 coins to your daily reward. The weekly "top gifters" board ranks the top 20 players by the coins they spent on gifts; it starts again every Sunday, Riyadh time. No amounts paid are ever shown.
How do I send a gift?
Tap the gift button at the table, then pick the gift and the player. Its price comes out of your coins; the player who receives it gets no coins and no items, but the whole table sees the gift.
I bought something and didn't get it, or I changed phones
Tap “Restore Purchases” in the shop or in Settings. To take your purchases to a new phone, link your account to Apple in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I cancel VIP?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Al Shayeb, or “Manage subscription” in the app's Settings.
Can I turn coins into money or send them to a friend?
No. Coins are for cosmetics and gifts inside Al Shayeb only, have no monetary value, and can't be transferred to anyone.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language: العربية or English.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It deletes your account and data from our server; the details are in the Privacy Policy. Deleting doesn't cancel VIP; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
Why must I be 18 or over?
Because you can play and talk with people you don't know, Al Shayeb is for adults only.
