١. الاتفاق
الشايب ينشره أنس الرضوان، مطوّر مستقل مقرّه في الكويت، وهو البائع اللي يظهر في صفحة التطبيق على App Store («نحن»). هذه الشروط، مع اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple (EULA)، تنظّم استخدامك لتطبيق الشايب. لما تستخدم التطبيق فأنت موافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإذا فيه تعارض، فاتفاقية Apple هي اللي تمشي على ترخيص التطبيق نفسه، وهذه الشروط تمشي على خدمة الشايب (الطاولات والعملات والمشتريات).
٢. العمر
الشايب للاعبين ١٨ سنة وفوق فقط. لما تستخدمه فأنت تأكد إن عمرك ١٨ أو أكثر، والتطبيق يطلب منك تأكيد هذا مرة وحدة قبل أول عبارة أو ملصق أو هدية، وقبل الطاولة الخاصة.
٣. الخدمة
- الشايب لعبة بلوت على الإنترنت، وتحتاج اتصال.
- أي كرسي ما جلس فيه شخص يلعب فيه الكمبيوتر، وعليه علامة «كمبيوتر». وإذا طلعت أو انقطع اتصالك أو خلص وقت دورك (٢٥ ثانية)، يكمّل عنك الكمبيوتر لين ترجع.
- السيرفر هو اللي يوزع الورق ويتأكد من كل حركة، ونتيجته هي المعتمدة.
- الكلام على الطاولة بعبارات جاهزة وملصقات بس، وما فيه كتابة حرة.
- نقدر نطوّر اللعبة ونغيّر مزاياها أو نوقف جزء منها.
٤. حسابك
التطبيق يسوي لك حساب ضيف أول ما تفتحه، ورمز دخوله محفوظ في جوالك. إذا حذفت التطبيق وأنت ضيف، ممكن يضيع حسابك. تقدر تربط حسابك مع Apple من الإعدادات (اختياري) عشان عملاتك ومشترياتك تنتقل معك لو غيّرت جوالك، وتقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
٥. الأخلاق على الطاولة: ما نقبل أي إساءة
ما نقبل أبدًا: الإساءة والتنمر، العنصرية والكراهية، التحرش، التهديد، الغش أو التواطؤ مع لاعبين ثانيين، استغلال الأخطاء، أو أي محاولة للتلاعب بالسيرفر أو بالتطبيق.
تقدر تبلّغ عن أي لاعب أو تحظره أو تكتمه من بطاقته على الطاولة. نراجع البلاغات خلال ٢٤ ساعة.
إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، يسقط حقك في استخدام الشايب، ونقدر نشيل اسمك أو نقفل حسابك، بدون ما نرجّع لك شي من مشترياتك، إلا إذا القانون أو Apple يطلب غير كذا.
٦. ما فيه قمار
الشايب لعبة ورق للتسلية. ما فيه رهان على اللعب ولا دخول بمقابل، ونتيجة اللعبة ما تعطي فلوس ولا عملات ولا جوايز.
٧. العملات والمشتريات وVIP
- العملات والزينة واشتراك VIP ترخيص للاستخدام داخل الشايب بس. ما لها قيمة مالية، وما تنصرف ولا تتحول لفلوس، وما تنتقل للاعب ثاني ولا لحساب ثاني.
- العملات تستخدمها للزينة (ظهر الورق، الإطارات، مفارش الطاولة) وللهدايا على الطاولة. كل شي في المتجر مكتوب سعره، ويعطيك نفس الشي اللي تشوفه بالضبط، وما فيه شي عشوائي.
- الهدية تنخصم من عملاتك أنت، واللي توصله ما ياخذ عملات ولا أغراض، بس يشوفها.
- العملات اللي تشتريها ما تنتهي.
- الشراء كله عن طريق App Store، والاسترجاع حسب سياسة Apple. إذا Apple رجّعت لك فلوس عملية، نشيل اللي أخذته فيها.
- اشتراك VIP يعطيك: عملات زيادة مع مكافأة اليوم، وإطار VIP خاص، وشارة VIP ذهبية على بطاقتك في الطاولة، طول ما الاشتراك فعّال. ما فيه فترة تجربة.
- اشتراك VIP يتجدد تلقائيًا بنفس المدة والسعر اللي في صفحة الشراء، إلا إذا ألغيته قبل نهاية الفترة بـ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من إعدادات Apple ID. حذف الحساب ما يلغي الاشتراك.
- تقدر ترجّع مشترياتك من زر «استرجاع المشتريات» في المتجر أو في الإعدادات.
٨. الملكية
اسم الشايب وشعاره ورسوماته وشخصياته وأصواته وكوده ملك لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. قوانين البلوت نفسها ملك للجميع. نعطيك ترخيص شخصي، غير حصري، وقابل للإلغاء، عشان تستخدم التطبيق على أجهزتك حسب قواعد App Store.
٩. إخلاء المسؤولية
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو». نحاول يكون شغّال دايم، لكن ممكن يوقف أو يصير فيه خطأ. بالقدر اللي يسمح فيه القانون، ما نتحمّل أي ضرر غير مباشر من استخدامه. وما في هذه الشروط شي يقلّل من حقوقك اللي يعطيك إياها قانون المستهلك وما ينفع تنقص.
١٠. Apple
هذه الشروط بينك وبيننا، مو مع Apple. Apple مو مسؤولة عن التطبيق ولا عن دعمه ولا عن أي مطالبة بخصوصه، ومن حق Apple وشركاتها التابعة تطبّق هذه الشروط بصفتها طرف مستفيد.
١١. القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت. وإذا كنت تستخدم الشايب كمستهلك، فهذا ما يلغي حماية قوانين المستهلك الإلزامية في البلد اللي تعيش فيه، وتقدر ترفع دعوى في محاكم بلدك إذا قانونها يسمح بهذا.

1. The agreement
Al Shayeb is published by Anas Alradhwan, an independent developer based in Kuwait and the seller shown on its App Store page (“we”, “us”). These terms, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), govern your use of the Al Shayeb app. By using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA governs your licence to use the app itself, and these terms govern the Al Shayeb service (tables, coins and purchases).
2. Age
Al Shayeb is for players aged 18 and over only. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older, and the app asks you to confirm it once, before your first phrase, sticker or gift and before a private table.
3. The service
- Al Shayeb is an online Baloot game and needs an internet connection.
- Every seat that no person takes is played by the computer and carries a “Computer” badge. If you leave, lose your connection or run out of time on your turn (25 seconds), the computer covers your seat until you come back.
- The server deals the cards and checks every move, and its result is final.
- Talk at the table is ready-made phrases and stickers only; there is no free text.
- We may improve the game, change its features or stop part of it.
4. Your account
The app creates a guest account the first time you open it, and its sign-in token is kept on your phone. If you delete the app while playing as a guest, your account may be lost. You can link your account to Apple in Settings (optional) so your coins and purchases come with you to a new phone, and you can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
5. Conduct: zero tolerance for abuse
We never accept: abuse and bullying, racism and hate, harassment, threats, cheating or colluding with other players, exploiting bugs, or any attempt to tamper with the server or the app.
You can report, block or mute any player from their card at the table. We review reports within 24 hours.
If you break these terms, you lose the right to use Al Shayeb, and we may remove your name or close your account, without refunding purchases unless the law or Apple requires otherwise.
6. No gambling
Al Shayeb is a card game for fun. There is no betting on games and no paid entry, and a game's result gives no money, coins or prizes.
7. Coins, purchases and VIP
- Coins, cosmetics and the VIP subscription are a licence to use them inside Al Shayeb only. They have no monetary value, can't be cashed out or turned into money, and can't be transferred to another player or account.
- Coins buy cosmetics (card backs, frames, table runners) and gifts at the table. Everything in the shop shows its price and gives you exactly what you see; nothing is random.
- A gift is paid from your own coins; the player who receives it gets no coins and no items, only the animation.
- Coins you buy don't expire.
- All purchases go through the App Store, and refunds follow Apple's policy. If Apple refunds a purchase, we remove what it gave you.
- VIP gives you extra coins with today's reward, a VIP-only frame, and a gold VIP badge on your player card at the table, for as long as the subscription is active. There is no free trial.
- VIP renews automatically for the same length and price shown when you bought it, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
- You can restore purchases with the “Restore Purchases” button in the shop or in Settings.
8. Ownership
The Al Shayeb name, logo, art, characters, sounds and code belong to us or are licensed to us. The rules of Baloot themselves belong to everyone. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on your devices under the App Store's usage rules.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running, but it may stop or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its support or any claim about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. If you use Al Shayeb as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live when that law allows it.
