سياسة الخصوصية

هذه السياسة تشرح وش البيانات اللي يحفظها تطبيق الشايب وسيرفر اللعب حقه، وليش، وكم تبقى، ومين يوصله منها شي. نكتب هنا بس اللي يسويه التطبيق فعلًا.
من نحن
الشايب ينشره أنس الرضوان، مطوّر مستقل مقرّه في الكويت، وهو البائع اللي يظهر في صفحة التطبيق على App Store («نحن»). تقدر تتواصل معنا من نموذج التواصل في صفحة الدعم.

وش يشوف اللاعبين الثانيين
اسم العرض، والإطار وظهر الورق اللي لابسها، وهل أنت VIP، ومستواك (المستوى يرتفع مع مجموع مشترياتك، بس ما يبيّن أي مبلغ). ولوحة «أكثر المهدين هالأسبوع» تبيّن اسمك ومستواك وإطارك ومجموع العملات اللي أهديتها هالأسبوع إذا كنت من أول ٢٠. ما يشوفون رصيدك ولا مشترياتك ولا مبالغها.
اللي ما نحفظه ولا نجمعه
- العبارات الجاهزة والملصقات توصل للطاولة كأرقام بس، وما تنحفظ. ما فيه كتابة حرة بين اللاعبين.
- ما نجمع رقم جوالك ولا اسمك الحقيقي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا موقعك ولا صورك ولا صوتك ولا معرّف الإعلانات ولا أي بيانات صحية. والإيميل بس إذا كتبته أنت في نموذج الدعم.
- ما فيه إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليلات ولا تتبع بين التطبيقات والمواقع. خدمات Unity (التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال وإحصاءات الأجهزة) مطفية في التطبيق.
اللي يبقى في جوالك
رقم اللاعب ورمز الدخول الموقّع (صالح لسنة)، واللغة اللي اخترتها، وهل أكدت عمرك.
عنوان الـIP
سيرفرنا يشتغل على Cloudflare، ويوصله عنوان IP جهازك مع كل اتصال مثل أي خدمة على الإنترنت. نستخدمه لحظيًا بس عشان نحد من إساءة الاستخدام (عدد حسابات الضيف، وتسجيل الدخول مع Apple، وقناة الطاولة، ونموذج الدعم اللي يستخدم بصمة مشفّرة منه)، وما نحفظه ولا نسجله، وسجلات الطلبات مطفية عندنا.
مين يوصله شي
- Cloudflare: يشغّل سيرفرنا وقاعدة بياناتنا وهذه الصفحات لحسابنا، ويعالج البيانات حسب تعليماتنا.
- Apple: الدفع داخل التطبيق واشتراك VIP (Apple ترسل لنا إشعارات بالتجديد والاسترجاع)، وتسجيل الدخول مع Apple. لما تحذف حساب مربوط مع Apple، نرسل لـApple رمز التأكيد عشان تلغي الربط.
- الواتساب: بس إذا ضغطت «ارسل الكود»، يفتح التطبيق الواتساب برسالة دعوة فيها كود الطاولة. أنت تختار ترسلها ولمين، وتخضع لسياسة الواتساب. إحنا ما نرسل للواتساب أي شي.
ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نعطيها أحد للإعلانات.
حذف حسابك وبياناتك
من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق. ينحذف: رقمك واسمك وتأكيد العمر، وربط Apple (ونطلب من Apple تلغي رموزها)، ورصيدك وسجل عملاتك وزينتك ومكافآتك وعروضك، وقوائم الحظر والكتم (اللي سويتها واللي عليك)، ونتايجك. وينشال رقمك من سجلات الألعاب والهدايا.
اللي يبقى بدون ما يدل عليك: سجلات عمليات App Store (عشان ما تنصرف مرتين وعشان إشعارات الاسترجاع من Apple)، والبلاغات اللي رفعتها (يصير صاحبها «محذوف»)، والبلاغات اللي عليك (برقم ما عاد مربوط بأي حساب). حالة الطاولات اللي جلست فيها ما تنمسح مع الحساب للحين.
حذف الحساب ما يلغي اشتراك VIP: ألغه من إعدادات Apple ID عشان ما يتجدد عليك.
إذا حذفت التطبيق وأنت ضيف، ما نقدر نعرف أي حساب حقك، لأن ما عندنا أي بيانات تواصل له. إذا حسابك مربوط مع Apple: نزّل التطبيق، وسجّل دخول مع Apple من الإعدادات، وبعدين احذف الحساب.
الأطفال
الشايب للاعبين ١٨ سنة وفوق فقط، وما هو موجّه لأحد أصغر. إذا عمرك أقل من ١٨ لا تستخدمه.
الأمان
كل الاتصال مع السيرفر مشفّر (HTTPS وWebSocket آمن). رمز الدخول موقّع وما ينفع يتزوّر. كل حركة في اللعب يتأكد منها السيرفر، وكل لاعب يشوف ورقه بس.
القانون
إذا كان قانون مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو بريطانيا (GDPR) ينطبق عليك، فنعالج بياناتك عشان نقدم لك الخدمة اللي طلبتها (اللعب والمشتريات)، ولمصلحتنا المشروعة في إبقاء الطاولات آمنة وعادلة، وعشان نلتزم بالقانون.
تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين دولة الكويت. وإذا كنت تستخدم الشايب كمستهلك، فهذا ما يلغي حماية قوانين المستهلك الإلزامية في البلد اللي تعيش فيه.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Al Shayeb app and its game server keep, why, for how long and who receives any of it. It describes only what the app actually does.
Who we are
Al Shayeb is published by Anas Alradhwan, an independent developer based in Kuwait and the seller shown on its App Store page (“we”, “us”). You can reach us with the contact form on our Support page.
What we keep on our server

What other players see
Your display name, the frame and card back you wear, whether you are VIP, and your level (levels rise with your total purchases, but no amount is ever shown). The weekly "top gifters" board shows your name, level, frame and the coins you spent on gifts this week if you are in the top 20. Other players never see your balance, your purchases or what you paid.
What we don't keep or collect
- Ready-made phrases and stickers travel to the table as numbers only and are not stored. Players can't type free text to each other.
- We don't collect your phone number, real name, contacts, location, photos, voice, your device's advertising identifier or any health data. We have your email address only if you type it into the support form.
- There are no ads, no analytics tools and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites. Unity's services (analytics, crash reporting and hardware statistics) are switched off in the app.
What stays on your phone
Your player ID and signed sign-in token (valid for a year), the language you chose, and whether you confirmed your age.
IP addresses
Our server runs on Cloudflare, which receives your device's IP address with every connection, like any internet service. We use it only for a moment to limit abuse (guest accounts, Sign in with Apple, a table's social channel, and the support form, which uses a hashed fingerprint of it). We don't store or log it, and our request logs are switched off.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare runs our server, our database and these pages for us, and processes the data on our instructions.
- Apple: in-app purchases and the VIP subscription (Apple sends us notices of renewals and refunds), and Sign in with Apple. When you delete an account linked to Apple, we send Apple the confirmation code so it revokes the link.
- WhatsApp, only if you tap “Send the code”: the app opens WhatsApp with an invitation that contains the table code. You choose whether to send it and to whom, under WhatsApp's own policy. We send nothing to WhatsApp ourselves.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It deletes your player ID, name and age confirmation, your Apple link (and asks Apple to revoke its tokens), your balance, coin history, cosmetics, rewards and offers, your block and mute lists (yours and others' about you), and your results. Your ID is removed from game records and gifts.
What stays, with nothing that points to you: App Store transaction records (so a purchase can never be granted twice and Apple's refund notices still match), reports you filed (the reporter becomes “deleted”), and reports about you (under an ID no longer linked to any account). The saved state of tables you sat at is not cleared with the account yet.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel VIP: cancel it in your Apple ID settings so it doesn't renew.
If you deleted the app while playing as a guest, we can't tell which account was yours, because we hold no contact details for it. If your account is linked to Apple: install the app, sign in with Apple in Settings, then delete the account.
Children
Al Shayeb is for players aged 18 and over only and is not directed at anyone younger. If you are under 18, please don't use it.
Security
All traffic to our server is encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Sign-in tokens are signed and can't be forged. The server checks every move, and each player sees only their own cards.
Law
Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we process data to provide the service you ask for (play and purchases), for our legitimate interests in keeping tables safe and fair, and to meet legal obligations.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. If you use Al Shayeb as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above.
